Can really only bring you down.
Which just digs a deeper hole that you are trying to get out of.
Or pokes another hole in the bottom of the boat that is already sinking.
A big fix to fill those holes, and even build your mountain is this one secret no one really talks about (including myself)
The secret is gratitude.
Being grateful for what you have no only grounds your emotions, BUT it also sets the stage for what is to come.
If you are always wanting for this and wishing for that without being thankful for what you have, you're continuing to dig that deeper hole you have.
Start today with this simple exercise in the morning that will dramatically change the way your day starts, and it sets the tone for the remainder of the day.
Write down 5 things you are grateful for.
Have a pen and paper next to your bed and write it down as soon as you wake up.

If the first thing you think about when you wake up is the top 5 things you are grateful for, it FUELS your body with positive energy.
That positive energy attracts MORE positive energy and those 5 simple sentences begin to snowball into something huge.
You kicking the corner of your bed will hurt BUT it won't bring on the negative energy that this simple exercise will bring to you!
