Mondays: 6AM and 830 then, 4, 430,530 630PM
Tuesdays: 6AM and 830 then 430,530 630PM
Wednesday:6AM and 830 then, 4, 430,530 630PM
Thursday: 6AM and 830 then, 430,530 630PM
Friday: 6AM and 830 then, 4, 430 PM
Saturday: 730 and 8 AM
*I am a beginner, is this right for me?
Absolutely! We are able to train all fitness levels!
*Do you have a kids area?
Yes we do! We have an area away from the fitness floor but in sight so your kids can play while you... play :)
